Dayna is an accomplished strategic sales leader with over 15 years of proven experience driving performance and results even in the most challenging of industries. Dayna has been recognized as a committed leader and team player with a mindset for excellence, driven by data, always finding ways to improve efficiency and productivity that impact the bottom line. Over the past two years, Dayna has consulted various media companies with the development and execution of initiatives that generate new revenue streams as well as maximizing their existing programs. Before that, Dayna was the director of sales over Recruitment Marketing and Real Estate at The Dallas Morning News, which she led both teams to year-over-year growth for over five years. It was there that she met her now business partner, and together they successfully built a "Top Workplaces" process that has produced YOY growth in revenue and profit. In 2018, Dayna and her business partner left the media world. They started Summit 365 Advisors that focus on the Top Workplaces program helping Publishers maximize every revenue opportunity through a 365-day Monthly Recurring Revenue model driven by a robust content strategy.
Currently, Dayna lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, their twin boys, and their dog Gracie Lou.
